Newly Admitted Students
Welcome to the Newly Admitted Students portion of our website. We will try over the summer to answer frequently asked questions and keep you up to date on any new developments. You should have received a letter from us regarding orientation, your teaching assignment (if applicable), your advising conference, and other relevant information.
First to let you know the Fall 2009 schedule. An orientation with the Director of Graduate Studies will be held for all entering students in all three programs on Friday, August 14 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. in room 108 English Building. Teaching Orientation will start at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, August 17 and run through Friday, August 21. Mandatory Orientation for International Students is on Monday, August 17 and Tuesday, August 18. Instruction begins on Monday, August 24.
